Responsibilities for General Manager
Expected to achieve quarterly benchmarks on P&L
Prepare a strategic plan for your assigned Region
Responsible for hiring, mentoring & training branch supervisions to helps you cover the region
Responsible for hiring, mentoring & training Drivers
Making sure that 100% of the restaurant of the region are in your partner
Develop Succession plan for each supervisors in your assigned Region
Try to reduce numbers of complains ticket from clients or restaurants
Oversee training plan for each branch in your assigned Region
Ensure all stores in your assigned Region are following labor & wage laws
Offer training & development opportunities
Qualifications for General Manager
4-7 years of management experience in a retail environment
5-8 years of experience in a retail business
Ability to pass a background check
Must have P&L experience
Experience working in a union environment, preferred
Must have multi-site management
Experience in strategic planning
Problem solving skills
