We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager with a background in architecture or civil engineering, specifically focusing on Fit Out Projects. The ideal candidate holds a BSc and MSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering, possesses extensive experience in overseeing projects of substantial value (over $27,000,000), and has a proven track record of successful project management.
This position is based in Saudi Arabia (KSA), and familiarity with the local market is essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Fit Out Projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization of resources.
Conduct regular financial analyses to assess project profitability and identify areas for improvement.
Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (BSc + MSc).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture or civil engineering.
Proven track record of managing Fit Out Projects exceeding $27,000,000 in value.
Past experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant architectural or civil engineering software and tools.
