IFZA is currently looking for an organized and customer oriented professional for the position of Client Relations Officer – Spanish Speaker.
The Client Relations Officer acts as the main point of contact for our Partners and Direct Clients. The candidate is required to process all incoming license related applications and follow up on their progress. The role also requires the ability to deliver a positive response to clients’ enquiries in line with IFZA standards and timelines, both via phone and email.
Responsibilities
Process incoming license related applications and upload relevant documents to the Company’s CRM
Follow up on the progress of all ongoing applications
Maintain excellent Partner/Client relations by timely replying to enquiries via phone, e-mail and in person
Deliver the highest level of customer service by proactively assisting clients, identifying and solving problems, and handling escalations of complex cases
Monitor and update the CRM system regularly when managing the portfolio of work
Negotiate a variety of matters with corporate partners reaching optimal outcomes for all parties
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management
Operate closely with our sales, finance, and renewals departments
Ensure up to date knowledge of the current policies and regulations relating to the industry
Requirements
Prior experience in the Customer Service and Client Relationship Management is preferred
Outstanding English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
