Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, proactive and open-minded person to join our Customer Service team and support in delivering an outstanding customer service to all our customers, ensuring his loyalty and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude.

The main activities, for example, are:

Assumes or manages the customer’s order, depending on the type of product or sales channel, initiating and executing the specific operational procedure of fulfillment in terms of preparation and shipment; where possible, associate orders with production campaigns.
Provides the customer with information regarding prices, minimum purchase lots and delivery times.
On the basis of the indications of the Area Managers, manages the relationships with customers regarding: delivery terms, changes to the order, reminders, billing errors, returns and complaints, debit and credit notes, initiating the relative procedures.
Elaborates sales offers on the recommendation of the Area Managers, with regard to prices and conditions of sale and offer validity.
Inserts the complaint practices relating to its customers and gives provisions for the issuance of credit notes.
Able to effectively handle a high volume of interactions and respond to inquiries or resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages or Economics
Must be fluent in English and French (knowledge of German and/or Spanish will also be appreciated)
Experience in equal or similar position is a plus
Proficient in Office Tools
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Available to travel for short business trips or participation to fairs (seldom)
