Responsibilities

Provide immediate and accurate responses to all customer contacts on live streaming, social media, live chat, email, and on calls.
Deliver first-time resolution to all customer queries in a friendly professional manner.
Create and constantly develop unique positive personal relationships with all customers.
Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all customers.
Ensure that customer transactions are completed accurately.
Able to confidently promote and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime value of the customers.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

Qualifications

Background e-commerce experience is a must
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Can work on own initiative but also possess a strong teamwork ethic
Computer literate including all MS office, chat tools, SMS related communications systems
Commitment to delivering faultless services
Clear and personalized communicative skills with an excellent service mentality
Strong customer and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Arabic and English
Willing to work under shifting schedules (morning, afternoon, night shifts)
