Responsibilities:
• Answer to all customer inquiries
• Computer skills and its applications
• Courtesy and good dealing with customers
• Maintaining the level of customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ensure that all customer problems are resolved accurately
• The ability to work under pressure and face difficulties and problems

Requirements:
• Saudi Citizen
• Previous experience in the same field
• Excellent bilingual skills (Arabic, English)
• Job location in Riyadh – Al Murabba
