HR Officer
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure completion of employee files as per regulatory requirements and organization’s policy.
Administer payroll process. Ensure timely and accurate calculations of payroll and end of service benefits.
Actively involve in planning recruitment process, preparing job descriptions, job postings and performing hiring analytics.
Regular communications with management for resolving HR related issues and lead the department towards continuous improvements.
Knowledge and skills:
Bachelors degree and HR specific certification
3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
Saudi National must
Excellent knowledge of KSA Labor Law and GOSI regulations.
Experienced user of MS Office and HR specific software.
Ability to work with on-shore and off-shore teams.
