We are looking for someone who can convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals for our agents. You will need to be exceptional at overcoming obstacles and changing a “No” into a “Yes!”.

Job Description

Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline daily using a variety of lead sources including target segment lists, paid marketing campaigns, organic leads (website, referral, blogs, social media, etc.), sphere of influence of your team, and lead nurturing communication programs.
Build rapport with buyer leads and customers, listen, solve problems, and overcome objections
Manage and organize leads using our CRM: adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database
Follow up with leads with fervour until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments
Schedule appointments for agents
Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, email communication, cold calling, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through our defined sales cycle
Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics to management
Follow and master scripts used in prospecting and qualifying leads to deliver our value proposition and handle objections
Qualify leads to accurately assess and convey to agents: motivation, competition, urgency, and capability
Set and track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Measure conversion rates and meet performance benchmarks
Attend training and when required conduct training

Essential Requirements

Minimum one years’ experience as a telemarketer in Real Estate industry
Fluent English and Arabic (speaking, writing & reading).
Excellent knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding communication and phone skills.
Excellent organization, planning and prioritization skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
