Main Accountabilities:
Develop comprehensive trade marketing guidelines, standards and implementation, including marketing/customer impact.
Identify, assess and map the key characteristics and sales performance of the products at the different locations, regions and markets.
Develop, organize and implement a visit plan for all regions to monitor product presence, issues and feedback.
Design, update and execute trade marketing standards for specific products.
Mapping, assessing and planning engagement with all retail, supermarkets and distributors to ensure that the brand is visible, guidelines are respected, and product sales issues are resolved.
Disseminate key information to retails and distributors to assure alliances, synergies and cooperation regarding OFM product presence and image.
Design trade promotional plans for all channels and major customers.
Review sales strategies with the sales team to align the trading strategy with promotional events.
Provide marketing support to the sales team by developing answers to clients’ and product inquiries and questions.
Perform closely with the sales team as well as Brand specialist to enhance processes, linking corporate brand activities as well as Product development activities with Sales activities.
Coordinates activities associated with organization participation at tradeshows or events.
Sales and performance Analysis
Plan and implement innovative promotional activities and ensure proper execution at the retail level including supervision for promotion, sampling, and branding activities.
Manage the listing of new products and ensure product availability horizontally.
Regular market visits, checking displays and visibilities, and implementing the share of shelf displays.
Train Distributors’ merchandisers on the company plan-o-gram and follow up on the right execution at retail outlets.
Follow up on the availability, display, and full merchandising of the company products in retail outlets.
Monitor the company product portfolio performance in the market and report on any market opportunities.
Monitor competitors’ activities in the market and collect necessary intelligence on their sales, new products launch, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct rapid market study and pricing analysis on new products planned to be launched by the company.
Prepare a weekly report on OFM Distributors’ performance, product availability, display, merchandising, stock levels at retail, and follow-up on corrective.
Experience:
+5 years of experience, with 2 years’ experience in a similar role or relative role for the Global markets in the food industry, specializing in Flour or Feed Markets
Sales experience in different regions.
Experience in marketing campaigns, brand management marketing intelligence
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor in business, Marketing, Management, Sales, social communication, customer service, Finance , Economy, Accounting or similar, or relative education degree
