To receive and to register Service Requests.
To issue warnings related to Safety and Community Rules to residences as per standard forms, and to send it to the corresponding person by email.
To assist all customers with solving their service requests and maintenance requests, meeting their KPIs.
To preparing community notices, to be sent by email, and posted in community in the format of notice.
To maintain files, documents, and other office correspondences as per the filing guidelines.
Starting Salary 3,000AED ( All inclusive)
