Saudi Global Ports
We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager who can assist in overseeing the Human Resource and Administration functions at Saudi Global Ports. Assist on implementation of HR policies at the site in alignment with the country’s Labor Law & HR policies and processes.
Purpose of this Position:
Assist HR and Admin manager in day to day activities to ensure smooth administration and policy compliance all throughout the company. Serve as the main contact point between top and middle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist on implement effective HR policies and management processes.
Supervise the implementation policies related to personnel affairs such as: employment, transfers, annual increments, promotions, bonus, vacations and the like.
Ensure that SGPC exercises an efficient Administration processes in managing Ports Passes, employee benefits, VISA, travel arrangements and liaising with appropriate local authorities.
Support HR management to shape & develop goals, design strategic plans, general policies & participate in effective decision making and evaluation of annual performance of SGP employees.
Support HR Manager on successful implementation of personal and career development and training program to achieve the full potentials the existing talents.
Contribute in identifying and recruitment of key talents for the company. Also covers compensation, career development, performance measure, trainings and personnel affairs, to help the staff achieve their full potential to deliver consistently high performance and standards.
Oversee the development of annual HR workforce plan, recruitment requirements and succession plan.
Prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow.
Ensures that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Saudi Labor Law.
Assist in setting-up the salary scale for the staff in the company.
Forecast manpower requirement planning for the Company.

Competencies and Experience:
5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and leading change management.
Has a strong foundation and vast understanding of Saudi Labor Law and other related rulings.
