We are urgently looking for customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluently communicating with customers in arabic and english, reactive and proactive.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
High school diploma
