Yalla Plus
We are looking for a customer success associate who will be the voice of the customer in Yalla.
He/she will make sure the customer fully understand and use the product to the maximum potential, upsell and onboard customer to premium products, and follow customer requests with other functions.
Location: Riyadh
Salary: 5000 SR+ (+4000 KPIs and Bonuses)
This opportunity requires:
-Great communication skills
-Problem-solving skill
-This requires visiting the clients to onboard them after the contracting to acknowledge them about their options and to troubleshoot the issues on the spot
-Energetic and getting things-done attitude
-Driving license -Own a car, and the company will pay a car allowance.
