We are looking for qualified candidates against the position of ‘Customer Service Associate’, to be stationed at our store in KSA.
*Industry Experience: 1 to 2 year Prior work experience in School Uniforms or kids fashion Retail store
Duties
· Greet the customers and provide an excellent level of service to all parents and students from
various schools
· Assist customers in selection of current and correct uniforms
· Ensure correct uniform is fitted and selected
· Should be flexible with working hours in a mall environment
· Ensure racks are fully stocked
· Responsible for processing cash, debit, credit transactions using a point-of-sale system in a retail environment
· Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
· Preparing online uniform orders from the customers
· Taking record of Alterations and Made to Measure items
· Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking
· Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
· Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
Languages: Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Salary: SAR 4000 to 4500
