Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
3. Conduct legal research to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to cases.
4. Prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal cases, offering insights and expertise.
6. Attend meetings with clients, court officials, and other stakeholders.
7. Assist in developing legal strategies and provide recommendations based on case findings.
8. Maintain and update legal documentation and case files accurately.
9. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients or the firm.
10. Uphold the ethical standards and professional conduct expected of a lawyer.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
2. A minimum of four years of proven experience as a practicing lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
3. Possession of a valid residence permit and currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Excellent command of Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload efficiently and professionally.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Confidence and proficiency in representing clients in various legal proceedings.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
10. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian legal systems, regulations, and procedures.
