We are looking for Russian-English speaking Legal Advisor, based in the U.A.E. The location can be discussed (Dubai-Abu Dhabi)
Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts (trade contracts, agency contracts, NDA, LOI, LOU, MOU, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements);
Conduct legal studies and provide legal advice regarding company’s business projects;
Access and monitor regulatory, contractual, anti-corruption, sanctions risks, propose solutions to mitigate such risks;
Interaction with local authorities and Free zones regarding registration and various requests;
Preparation of corporate documentation (minutes of board, resolutions, extension of the powers of the Directors etc.), corporate housekeeping;
Preparation of powers of attorney, interaction with notaries;
Contribute to the development of appropriate tools and processes for business and its legal support (templates, guidelines, enhancement of knowledge) and to the development of document management.
Requirements:
Postgraduate/master’s degree in business law;
Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in international trade
Experience in Middle East region will be an advantage;
Languages: English and Russian required;
Responsiveness, flexibility, autonomy, sense of initiative.
