Qualification requirements:
Experience in UAE Corporate Service Provider firm for at least 2 years;
Knowledge of actual procedures for UAE mainland, free zones and offshore companies registration and administration;
Legal background (bachelor or above qualification);
Good command of English and precise communication abilities;
Corporate administrator experience.
Job responsibilities:
Conversion of leads provided by the company;
Collection and screening of client’s KYC documents;
Execution of companies registrations, renewals, visas arrangements;
Drafting agreements, contracts and internal company documents;
Following company internal procedures and instructions.
