Dealing with all legal responsibilities and functions, including providing strategic and important legal advice to stakeholders, and addressing all legal issues.

Responsibilities

Give legal opinion as appropriate.
Contact the relevant department to ensure that appropriate action is taken in cases where legal risks have been identified.
Management of litigation and dispute resolution, in accordance with the relevant regulations, regulations and laws issued by the public authorities.
Supervising the drafting and preparation of contracts and agreements
Periodic assessment of the business’s need for certain legal skills internally.
Ensure consistent procedures and communication processes to identify goals, clarify responsibilities, involve team members, take advantage of their strengths, exchange views and modify plans.
Provide legal support and advice to the Board of Directors, the President and the Executive Management Team.
Follow up on the cases of Open Technologies or any other sister companies that are owned by Tamkeen.
Monitor compliance with the legal obligation constantly and advise management accordingly
Maintaining the company’s intellectual property assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade names (registrations, renewals), etc.
Establish contracts with agents, partners or clients in accordance with the laws.
Providing legal assistance to the human resources team in employment and contracting issues for the drafting of a recruitment project and other related issues. Advise and assist the IT department on software licensing, anti-infringement and anti-piracy compliance.
Coordination with management for strategic consultation and guidance with compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.
Providing legal assistance to heads of departments and career leaders in the field of agreement development, communications and policies.
Supervision and approval of the company’s internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
Master’s degree.
7-10 years of legal experience.
Experience in the workforce sector.
Microsoft OfficeX Core Software.
ERP programs.
