Junior Corporate Lawyer
– Responsibilities
You will be working in A&CO’s corporate department. You will be expected to negotiate, draft and review different types of legal contracts including but not limited to joint venture agreements, business cooperation, usufruct agreement, land development agreements, design-build agreements.
Further, you will be working alongside the corporate team in legal consultations and advising companies in their legal operations.
A small aspect of the responsibilities may include knowledge of arbitration and settlement matters as handled by A&CO’s team.
– Qualifications
At least 1 year of Post qualification experience in corporate law in Oman;
