. Provide administrative support to head of legal and enhance office effectiveness.
• Handle communication with outsource Lawyers, Consultant Expert, Clients etc…
• Administratively support and attend internal meetings.
• Prepare case briefs and summarize legal documents.
• Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research.
• Locate and develop case relevant information.
• Answer and direct phone calls, prepare agenda, to do list and manage E-meetings process.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
