Our Client are a global leader in designing cloud technology, software and enterprise scale solutions.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Saudi National to work as a Legal Counsel providing expertise across transactions and outsourcing within a technology function.
This position will suit an experienced Attorney capable of drafting, managing and negotiating a wide array of technical agreements.
Previous experience as a Lawyer/Solicitor with in-house legal experience within a technology focused company would be a requirement.
There are excellent career growth opportunities, this could eventually lead to a Deputy General Counsel or if senior enough start as Head of Legal, with a view to work towards General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Assisting MEA Counsel with Legal and regulatory matters
Advising on litigation, HR, transaction support and operational concerns
Drafting, Negotiating, and Managing Technology transactions
Contract law, labor law, litigation and Intellectual Property
Support for ethical and compliance matters
Assess risks and make objective decisions considering business and legal concerns
Capable of supporting Customers and Clients with business and legal issues
Qualifications:
Experience as an Attorney or Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
Capability to function and lead within a team and work independently
Holds a Law degree with relevant practice experience
International Legal knowledge
Knowledge of technical, consulting and IT industries a bonus
Tax, business, commercial or other similar qualification is preferable
Bachelor’s Degree required a Master’s degree would be preferred
