We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Assistant Legal Manager to assist & support the Head of legal in overseeing the legal aspects of our business.

Job Responsibilities:
Draft and solidify agreements and other legal documents to ensure that legal risk is covered.
Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations including data privacy, labour and corporate laws in Egypt, UAE and KSA.
Manage junior lawyers.
Handle and manage corporate governance related matters including timely completion of general assemblies and board of directors meetings.
To assist the head of legal in projects related to restructuring and group business development and business expansion initiatives.
To assist the head of legal in relation to regulate reporting requirements and ensure proper performance of tasks as assigned by the head of legal.

Requirements
BSc degree in law.
8 to 10 years of experience as a legal counsel in a reputable organization.
GCC experience is a plus.
Fully involved with litigation management.
At least 1 year of experience in managing other team members.
Outstanding communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST.
Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and act accordingly.
