Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world with a significant presence in the Gulf region.
The firm specialises in dispute resolution, corporate, M&A, real estate, banking & finance, and capital markets, to name just a few.
Due to organic growth they are looking for a mid-level Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate team in Riyadh.
As their Corporate Lawyer you will:
variety of transactions across a range of sectors such as infrastructure, leisure, insurance, or automotive
support and mentor junior colleagues
actively participate in business development
Skills and experience required:
at least 2 years of experience gained in a reputable law firm and a strong academic record
in-depth knowledge and experience of corporate transactions
excellent communication and problem-solving skills
first-class drafting skills
fluency in English and Arabic
