We are seeking a transactional lawyer with M&A experience for a brand new role within the team. This role will be key and responsibilities will be varied allowing the successful candidate to get involved in a wide range of work including M&A work in relation to structural reform.
Responsibilities will include leading and supporting on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, transaction management including managing external counsel, liaising with senior stakeholders and executives from across the organisation and reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation.
