Perfect Doctors Clinic

We are looking for dynamic and responsible IT support having at least 3 years of experience working as an IT/Marketing in a clinic or hospital.

Responsibilities:

· Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of a computer and network systems

· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues

· Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components

· Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software

· Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices

· Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with technical issues on Microsoft Teams and other various platforms

· Has basic knowledge on how to configure or access EMR (Electronic Medical Records), experience in PRACTO [INSTA] is a PLUS.

· Onboard users to the network.

· Oversee digital security.

· Make upgrades and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English

· Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

· With at least 3 years of work experience working in a Healthcare, the facility is a PLUS

· With good communication skills.

· Can work with minimum supervision

· Flexible and can work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude.

· Immediately available.
